While we are aware of recent reports of slight discoloration of water in some areas, we want to remind our customers that such aesthetic changes such as color, smell, or event taste are in no way an indication of water quality or safety.
Often such changes are short-lived and and remain well within the stringent safety guidelines to which we adhere.
Enrollment is open through October 31, offering a 50% water rate reduction through December 2028 and a 50% credit on delinquent balances since May 2025.

The St. Louis Water Temporary Assistance Program also remains available, providing up to a $500 credit toward delinquent balances for households impacted by COVID-19. Applications are due by September 30.
